David went above and beyond every step of the way. He was always accessible; extremely helpful for whatever I needed. David would think out of the box for marketing the property. He brought attention to open houses with patriotic balloons; marketed the property at realtor meetings; used a drone for excellent 3D pictures; used marketing online for thousands of views. He even had me go through the process for an assumable loan of 3.5% of what I still owed on mortgage. He always ran the ideas by my fiancé and myself; bringing optimal trust. If he did not know an answer; he would find it immediately. Being a retired Colonel of the USAF; I have worked with multiple realtors over the years. I have to say that David Wyeth was the best yet. Being military himself; he always showed me the utmost respect. David also relayed to us that he chose Century 21 for their professional business strategies. We enjoyed working with David who sold our home for the best price in a timely manner.

When looking to buy houses the process is the same way, simple and Dianne is always quick to schedule any showings we want to see. I would use Kyle Hall again if needed. He was fast, responsive and knew our market. The sale was quick and since the lock box was on the door was so easy to show to buyers, inspectors, etc.
